  1. Wash the soaked chikpeas 2 to 3 times then add in a clay pot add water and cumin seeds salt red chilli powder flakes and turmeric.
  2. Let it boil cover it and cook until half done then add lentils black pepper green chillies and whole spice powder
  3. Mix well and cook until done keep aside
  4. In a pan heat ghee ad8d ginger garlic fry for 2 minutes add tomato puree fry for 3 minutes then add yoghurt.
  5. Cook until ghee seperates. Add this tarka to cooked chikpeas mix properly (reserve some ghee for later use)
  6. Dish it out pour ghee and serve with naan or kulcha😍😋
