- 1 Cup All-purpose Flour
- 1 Cup Wheat Flour
- 1/4 Cup Warm Water
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tsp Sugar
- 1 Tsp Salt
- Tahini Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 Cup Sesame Seeds
- 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Vinegar
- 1/2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Tsp Oregano
- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 3-4 Garlic Cloves (Minced)
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- Mayonnaise and Red Chilli Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
Instructions to make to make Chicken Shawarma/Tahini Sauce/Pita Bread Recipe
- Marinate Chicken with all ingredients and Refrigerator for at least 2hrs*Better to keep overnight
- Remove it from Refrigerator,let it return to Room Temperature and Bake it at 180°C for 40-45mins
- Cut it into Strips and set aside till use

1. In a Blender or Food Processor add all ingredients and blend it to thick Paste by adding 40ml (more or less) Cold WATER little by little to get desire consistency
2. Remove it in bowl - Mayonnaise and Red Chilli Sauce:
Mix both and keep aside till use - Let's Arrange:
Apply Mayonnaise and Red Chilli Sauce on Pita Bread
Place some lettuce,French Fries, Cucumber, Tomato, Chicken Pieces and Tahini Sauce on Top
Roll and wrap it in Sandwich Paper
