Add saffron, cardamom powder and red rose essence. stir well
  2. Now heat oil in a pan put on medium flame for deep frying. now fill the jalebi batter in a muslin cloth and pierce a small hole in the cloth to make concentric circles Fry till jalebis are crispy and golden.
  3. Soaked the jalebis in sugar sryup for 2-3mins that the sugar sryup is warm and not very hot. Now remove from the syrup and place on a tray lined with butter paper. Decorate with silver foil and serve the jalebi hot.
