- Prepared Paneer fritters

- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 onion roughly chopped
- 1 capsicum roughly chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
- 2-3 broken Dry red chilli
- 4-6 curry leaves
- 3 tablespoons cup Red chilli sauce
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
- Salt as per taste
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions to make to make Paneer 65
- Mix the slurry
- Dice paneer into cubes and add to a mixing bowl.
- Add corn starch, rice and plain flour. Add chilli and turmeric powder, salt, ginger garlic paste and lemon juice.
- Add water as required and combine by rubbing paneer in the mixture, making sure to coat all the paneer cubes.
- Heat oil on medium flame. Add the paneer cubes coated in flour mixture.
- Remove once they are golden brown.
- In a pan add oil and saute ginger garlic paste, onion and capsicum.
- Add curry leaves and broken red chillies.
- Also add salt and black pepper
- Add chilli paste and mix.
- Add tomato sauce and mix well.
- Add the slurry and cook it.
- As the slurry starts to cook the colour of the sauce will change.
- Add a few drops of water if the mixture looks too thick. Add paneer fritters.
- Mix well to coat.
- Garnish with some salad. Serve hot and enjoy.
